LaVonne Chere brings 22 years of business ownership and consulting experience to Build With 318. Her hands-on background spans corrections, aviation management for more than a decade, security operations, hospitality leadership, cosmetology instruction, salon ownership, catering, and mobile food service.
She has led major operations across several U.S. cities and worked in government and private contracting, small business, and corporate settings. Living in major U.S. cities and traveling across three continents has also shaped the broad, people-first perspective she brings to each engagement.
LaVonne is passionate about helping people discover their direction, pursue meaningful work, and build sustainable businesses and wealth. A mother of three adult children, she loves family time, the outdoors, and activities near the water.
